First, What is CoolSculpting?
CoolScultping is an amazing non-invasive option that basically freezes the fat away from the areas you target. Its technical name is Cryolipolysis, which we know is a mouthful, so let us break it down: cryo = icy cold, and lipolysis = chemical decomposition of fat. So, that’s a science-y way of saying “fat freezing!” Fat cells don’t like the cold and will freeze at a certain temperature. CoolSculpting was first developed by a team of scientists and physicians from Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital.
