Before the Procedure:

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatments. Hydration supports skin quality, lymphatic drainage, and muscle responsiveness.

Eat Normally


Have a light, balanced meal before your appointment to feel comfortable and energized throughout your session.

Wear Comfy Clothes


Loose-fitting clothes make for an easier transition post-treatment, especially when combining services like CoolSculpting, skin rejuvenation and muscle toning.

Follow Pre-Treatment Skincare (if provided)


If skin rejuvenation is part of your plan, use the recommended products 5 days prior. Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and tanning products.

Avoid Anti-Inflammatories


If possible, limit NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) before treatment to allow your body’s natural inflammation and healing processes to work effectively.

After the Procedure:

All Bodify treatments are non-surgical with little to no downtime. You can return to your day immediately unless otherwise advised.
